EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, starting from the date of delivery of the last item in your order. If the last day of the withdrawal period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next business day.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us at help@kiddus.com before the deadline expires. You may use any clear statement expressing your decision to withdraw.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

• Manufacturing defects: No shipping charge will be applied. We cover the replacement under our guarantee.
• Customer's choice (wrong color, size, or other characteristics): Shipping costs are borne by the customer.
