Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. After that time, a refund or exchange cannot be claimed, except in the case of a manufacturing defect, in which case, we cover its replacement since it is in our guarantee.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In case of a return due to manufacturing defects in the product, no shipping charge will be charged.
In case of return at the customer's will: either due to an erroneous selection of color, size, or other characteristics of the product, shipping charges are borne by the customer. The product must be shipped to our warehouse:
